Type: Full-time About the Role We are looking for a Social Media Associate to manage Fragomatrix’s day-to-day social media communication and coordinate closely with the external social media agency. The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, quality control, and consistent brand presence across social media platforms. Key Responsibilities ● Act as the primary point of contact between Fragomatrix and the external social media agency. ● Coordinate with the agency on content calendars, concepts, creatives, captions, campaigns and deliverables. ● Review and monitor social media content to ensure it is aligned with Fragomatrix’s brand positioning and communication objectives. ● Coordinate internal inputs, approvals, feedback and content requirements with relevant Fragomatrix teams. ● Monitor Fragomatrix’s social media pages regularly for content performance, engagement, comments and audience interactions. ● Track social media trends, relevant industry conversations and competitor communication to identify opportunities for the brand. ● Maintain consistency in the brand’s tone of voice, visual communication and overall digital presence. ● Coordinate with internal experts and teams to facilitate content opportunities such as interviews, expert-led content, behind-the-scenes stories and process-led communication. ● Monitor the agency’s deliverables and timelines and ensure content is published as planned. ● Understand the basic social media reports and share key observations, insights and recommendations with the internal team. ● Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, shoots and other digital initiatives. Ideal Candidate ● 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, brand coordination or a similar role. ● Good understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant social media platforms. ● Strong communication and coordination skills. ● Ability to work with external agencies and multiple internal stakeholders. ● Good understanding of content, branding and social media trends. ● Strong attention to detail and ability to monitor multiple activities simultaneously. ● Good written communication skills. ● Should be proactive, organised and comfortable taking ownership of day-to-day social media activities.
