Key Responsibilities
Manage the company's social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
Plan, create, and schedule engaging social media content.
Generate fresh and creative content ideas to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
Create reels, short videos, posts, and promotional campaigns.
Confidently appear in videos and present the company's products and services on camera.
Coordinate with the design and video editing team to produce high-quality content.
Manage and update the company website regularly.
Perform basic SEO (Search Engine Optimization) to improve website ranking and visibility.
Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitors to create relevant content.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports.
Respond to comments, messages, and online inquiries professionally.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing or Digital Marketing.
Basic knowledge of SEO and website management.
Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, or similar tools is preferred.
Strong communication and creative thinking skills.
Comfortable and confident speaking in front of the camera.
Knowledge of photography, videography, and video editing will be an added advantage.
