About the Role:

At Arsh Elevations, we believe that a great video starts with a great script. We are looking for a Content Researcher & Writer for our Tech based Youtube Channel who can dig deep into topics, find interesting facts, and weave them into a high-retention script for our YouTube channels and social media platforms. If you love storytelling and know how to keep an audience hooked, this is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Deep Research: Conduct thorough research on assigned topics using various sources to ensure factual accuracy and unique angles.

• Scriptwriting: Write engaging scripts from scratch for long-form YouTube videos and short-form content (Reels/Shorts).

• Hook & Retention: Focus on creating powerful "Hooks" for the first 30 seconds and maintaining a narrative flow that keeps viewers watching until the end.

• Trend Analysis: Keep a pulse on trending topics, viral formats, and audience interests to suggest new content ideas.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the Content Head (Mehrose) and the Video Editing team to ensure the script's vision is translated into the final edit.

• SEO Optimization: Write catchy titles, descriptions, and tags to help videos rank better on YouTube.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th Pass (Bachelor’s in Journalism, English, or Mass Comm is a plus).

• Writing Skills: Exceptional command over Hindi and English (Hinglish) writing with a conversational and relatable tone.

• Analytical Mind: Ability to simplify complex information into easy-to-understand and entertaining content.

• Research Tools: Proficiency in using Google Search, YouTube, and AI tools (like ChatGPT) for research and brainstorming.

• Deadline Driven: Ability to deliver high-quality scripts within tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
