Key Responsibilities

• Prepare business proposals, presentations, reports, and other required documentation.

• Understand client requirements and create customized proposals and solutions.

• Research industry-related topics and develop clear, engaging, and original content.

• Write and edit content for websites, blogs, social media, marketing materials, and other platforms.

• Proofread and ensure accuracy, quality, and professional formatting of all documents and content.

• Generate leads and identify potential clients and new business opportunities.

• Conduct client communication, follow-ups, meetings, and presentations.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners.

• Understand customer requirements and coordinate with internal teams to provide suitable solutions.

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and potential growth opportunities.

• Achieve assigned business, revenue, and performance targets.

• Maintain proper records, reports, and regular updates for management.

• Ensure all assigned tasks and projects are completed within the required deadlines.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, English, Journalism, Mass Communication, or any relevant field.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong research, writing, presentation, and documentation skills.

• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital content will be an advantage for Content/CDMI roles.

• Strong negotiation, networking, and client relationship skills for BD roles.

• Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.

• Relevant experience will be preferred.
