We are looking for a Marketplace Listing Executive to manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms. The role involves product uploads, catalog management, listing accuracy, and coordination with internal teams to ensure smooth marketplace operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage product listings on Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Meesho, Ajio

• Upload product data including title, description, images, pricing, and attributes

• Ensure listings meet marketplace guidelines & compliance

• Handle listing issues like rejections, suppression, or errors

• Coordinate with design/content teams for images and descriptions

• Update inventory, pricing, and product details as required

• Monitor listing performance and suggest improvements

• Maintain accurate SKU, category, and brand mapping

• Support new product launches and marketplace onboarding

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of e-commerce marketplaces

• Experience in product listing / catalog management

• Knowledge of SKU, category, pricing, and attributes

• Attention to detail and accuracy

• Basic Excel skills (VLOOKUP, filters preferred)

• Ability to work with large data files

Preferred Skills

• Experience with multiple marketplaces

• Knowledge of seller panels

• Understanding of GST, HSN, MRP, branding norms

• Experience with OMS/WMS tools (bonus)
