Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced E-commerce Content Writer who can create high-quality, SEO-friendly, and sales-driven content for product listings, website pages, social media, and marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate must have strong writing skills, a good understanding of online shopping behavior, and experience working on marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.
Key Responsibilities
1. Product Content Development
Write SEO-optimized product titles, descriptions, bullet points, features, and specifications.
Create engaging content for A+ pages, brand stores, and catalog banners.
Ensure content accuracy, clarity, and consistent brand messaging.
2. Website & SEO Content
Write landing page content, blogs, category descriptions, FAQs, and other website content.
Research keywords and integrate them naturally for better ranking.
3. Marketplace & E-commerce Support
Create and update content for Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, Ajio, Myntra, etc.
Collaborate with catalog, design, and marketing teams for content requirements.
Optimize existing product listings for better CTR and conversions.
4. Marketing Content
Write content for email campaigns, social media posts, ads, push notifications, and newsletters.
Assist in script writing for short videos/Reels.
5. Quality Checks
Perform content proofreading, grammar checks, and competitor analysis.
Maintain consistency in tone, format, and brand guidelines.
Required Skills
Strong English/Hindi writing skills with excellent grammar.
Deep understanding of E-commerce product content, customer psychology & marketplace trends.
Experience with SEO, keyword research, and basic digital marketing.
Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple categories/products.
Knowledge of tools like MS Excel, Google Sheets, ChatGPT, Canva (basic), Amazon Seller Central (preferred).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in English, Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field.
4–5 years of content writing experience (E-commerce experience required).
