Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and performance-driven UGC Video Script Writer / Creative Strategist to create high-converting video ad scripts for D2C brands.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of UGC content, Performance Marketing, Meta Ads (Instagram & Facebook), and Direct Response Marketing. Freshers with exceptional creativity and a passion for advertising are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Write engaging and conversion-focused UGC video ad scripts.

• Develop storyboards for video advertisements.

• Understand client briefs and convert them into creative ad concepts.

• Attend client discussions whenever required to understand campaign objectives.

• Coordinate with internal production and post-production teams.

• Ensure projects are delivered within timelines.

• Stay updated with the latest trends in UGC content, social media, and performance marketing.

• Contribute creative ideas that improve ad performance and conversions.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in content writing, script writing, advertising, or a related field.

• Freshers with strong creative skills are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of UGC Ads and Performance Marketing.

• Excellent written communication skills.

• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience writing UGC ad scripts.

• Knowledge of D2C marketing.

• Understanding of Instagram and Facebook advertising.

• Experience in video production or creative content is an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be based in Mumbai.

• Must be available for full-time employment.

• Should be proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.

• Passion for digital marketing and advertising.

Work Schedule

• Work Type: Work From Home (Hybrid in the future)

• Working Days: Monday to Saturday

• Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
