Job Summary:
The Content Executive/Writer will create, manage, and optimize content that drives demand generation, ABM campaigns, SEO performance, and lead nurturing. The role will support multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including paid ads, email, social media, and website content, while ensuring messaging aligns with the brand, ICP, and key geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns, ABM, lead nurturing, and sales enablement.
Support ABM initiatives with account-level and decision-maker-specific content.
Collaborate with performance marketing, sales, and design teams to ensure content aligns with campaigns and ICP.
Write blogs, case studies, social posts, ad copy, email content, landing pages, brochures, and whitepapers.
Ensure SEO-friendly content, optimized for target keywords and search intent.
Adapt content for regional markets (language, tone, cultural relevance).
Collaborate with design/video teams to produce multi-format content (videos, infographics, GIFs).
Support paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube) by writing ad copy and landing page content.
Support lead nurturing workflows and email campaigns with high-quality content.
Participate in A/B testing of landing pages, email copy, and ad creatives to optimize engagement and conversions.
Track and report content performance across channels (CTR, engagement, conversions, pipeline contribution).
Use data to optimize content strategies and improve campaign performance.
Ensure consistent brand voice, tone, and messaging across all content formats and platforms.
Maintain content quality and align with marketing, sales, and product positioning.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, ABM strategies, SEO best practices, and emerging content formats.
Propose innovative content ideas to improve engagement, lead quality, and pipeline impact.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
2–5 years experience in B2B content marketing, preferably with exposure to ABM, SEO, paid campaigns, and lead nurturing.
Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills for business audiences.
Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, on-page optimization, and CRO principles.
Experience with CMS (WordPress, HubSpot), email automation, and social management tools.
Understanding of performance marketing KPIs and multi-channel campaigns.
Ability to collaborate with designers, video editors, and marketing teams.
Analytical mindset to measure content performance and optimize accordingly.
Creative, detail-oriented, organized, and deadline-driven.
