Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and versatile Content Writer (Social Media) to be the voice of Pro Ultimate. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting compelling written content across our websites, blogs, and social media channels. You will act as a bridge between industry trends and our audience, ensuring our brand message is consistent, engaging, and optimized for search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Content & Curation:
Manage the LinkedIn content calendar, drafting high-quality posts that establish thought leadership.
Trend Monitoring: Actively scan Instagram Reels and other social feeds to identify trending topics; repurpose these insights into professional LinkedIn posts with relevant images and commentary.
Engage with the audience by replying to comments and fostering community discussions on LinkedIn.
Long-Form & Website Content:
Write and update copy for various departmental webpages, ensuring clarity and brand consistency.
Draft short-form and long-form blog posts that drive traffic and educate our audience.
Ensure all web content is SEO-friendly (using proper keywords, headings, and meta descriptions).
Market Research & Strategy:
Analyze competitor content strategies to identify gaps in our messaging.
Propose new content angles and formats to keep the brand fresh and relevant.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Graphic Design team to create visual assets that support your written content.
Proofread and edit content produced by other departments to ensure grammatical accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Language Proficiency: Good command over English.
Exceptional Writing: Ability to adapt tone (e.g., professional for LinkedIn, informative for Blogs, persuasive for Website).
Social Media Fluency: Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms and Instagram trends.
SEO Basics: Understanding of keyword placement and on-page SEO. Knowledge of off-page SEO is a plus.
Research Skills: Ability to quickly research complex industry topics and simplify them for the reader.
