We are looking for a Sr Content Writer to join our team at Namaste India Trip Private Limited to create engaging and informative content for websites, blogs and social media platforms. This position comes with an in-hand salary of ₹25000 - ₹35000 and a chance to contribute to a creative and collaborative content team.

Key Responsibilities

• Write high-quality, SEO-first, AI-optimized long-form content.

• Implement SEO, GEO, AEO, and SXO strategies across all content.

• Conduct deep keyword research and map search intent before writing.

• Create content that ranks on Google, appears in AI Overviews, and performs on AI platforms.

• Build topic clusters and content silos to establish topical authority.

• Produce EEAT-compliant, fact-driven, research-backed content.

• Optimize content for Featured Snippets, PAA, and zero-click searches.

• Edit, refine, and humanize AI-generated drafts for originality and natural tone.

• Guide, mentor, and review junior writers’ work.

• Optimize content structure, UX flow, internal linking, and schema readiness.

• Track performance metrics (rankings, CTR, engagement, conversions) and recommend improvements.

• Maintain brand voice and ensure plagiarism-free content delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in SEO-focused content writing.

• Strong understanding of modern search behavior and AI-driven search.

• Excellent English writing, editing, and research skills.

• Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, Surfer, etc.).

• Ability to write authoritative, helpful, and conversion-oriented content.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in travel, spiritual, or informational content domains.

• Familiarity with AI Overviews and answer engine optimization.

• Experience mentoring or managing content teams.

• Working knowledge of Hindi (plus).
