Job Description – Telesales Caller

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and target-oriented Sales Telecaller to join our sales team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential and existing customers over the phone, understanding their requirements, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and converting prospects into customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.

• Explain products/services, features, pricing, and offers clearly.

• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.

• Generate and qualify sales leads through telephone calls.

• Follow up with interested customers and convert leads into sales.

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and sales.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

• Handle customer questions, objections, and concerns professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales team for successful lead conversion and order processing.

• Maintain good relationships with customers and provide timely follow-up.

• Prepare regular reports on calling activities and sales performance.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass; graduation preferred.

• 0–2 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, customer service, or a related field.

• Good communication skills in Odiya ,Hindi and English; knowledge of the local language is an advantage.

• Confident and polite telephone manner.

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.

• Basic computer knowledge and ability to use CRM/Excel.

• Self-motivated and comfortable working with sales targets.

• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
