We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Content Specialist (Fresher) to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and building engaging online communities. You will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating compelling content, and supporting brand growth through effective communication strategies.
Key Responsibilities
• Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).
• Write engaging and high-quality content including:
o Ad copy
o Blog articles
o Website content
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute social media campaigns.
• Monitor social media trends and suggest innovative content ideas.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build community relationships.
• Track and analyze performance metrics to improve content strategy.
Preferred Skills (Optional)
• Familiarity with social media tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva).
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
• Understanding of analytics tools.
