Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and experienced Content Writer with a strong background in the real estate industry. The candidate should be able to create engaging, informative, and SEO-friendly content that helps generate leads and build brand credibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Write high-quality content for real estate projects, property listings, brochures, and websites

• Create blogs, articles, landing pages, social media content, and emailers

• Develop SEO-optimized content to improve website rankings

• Write compelling property descriptions and marketing copies

• Coordinate with sales and digital marketing teams to align content with campaigns

• Edit and proofread content to ensure accuracy and consistency

Key Skills Required:

• Proven experience in real estate content writing (mandatory)

• Strong command of English (written communication)

• Knowledge of SEO, keywords, and content optimization

• Ability to understand real estate terminology and buyer psychology

• Creative thinking with attention to detail

Preferred Candidate:

• Experience working with real estate developers, brokers, or marketing agencies

• Basic understanding of digital marketing and lead generation
