Job Description

Compiling, editing, proofreading, and preparing books for printing.

Develop captivating social media content and blogs, aligning with brand voice.

Ensure certificate content meets specified formats and requirements.

Coordinate with authors/teams and publishers to finalize manuscripts for publishing.

Educational qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in English Literature, Journalism, Communication,

or a related field.

Strong command of the English language, including grammar, syntax, and

style.

Proficiency in editing techniques, such as copyediting, proofreading, and

content editing.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in editing written content.

Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with writers, editors,

and designers.

Proficiency in fundamental Excel, MS Office, and Internet search skills.

Previous experience in editing roles, either through internships, freelance

work, or employment in publishing houses, media organizations, or content

creation companies, shall be preferred.

Additional certifications or courses in editing, journalism, or related fields can

be beneficial, but they are not always required.

Candidates must demonstrate their editing skills through portfolios, writing samples, or

practical editing tests during the hiring process.

Salary: INR 30,000 to 50,000 per month
