ABOUT THE ROLE

Little Stepz is looking for a creative, energetic and camera-confident Content Creator & Sales Executive to join our team.

We are looking for someone who can represent our brand on camera, create engaging product content, interact with customers and contribute towards sales and marketing.

This is a hands-on role combining Content Creation, Social Media, Product Demonstration and Sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Create engaging Reels, Shorts and product demonstration videos.

• Confidently present and explain Little Stepz products in front of the camera.

• Plan and shoot product videos and promotional content inside the store.

• Perform basic video editing for Instagram Reels and other short-form content.

• Research current social media trends, hooks and content ideas.

• Suggest creative marketing campaigns and promotional ideas for Little Stepz.

• Handle walk-in customers professionally and explain products based on their requirements.

• Handle customer enquiries received through WhatsApp, Instagram and other channels when required.

• Follow up with potential customers and help convert enquiries into sales.

• Work towards monthly sales targets and earn additional performance incentives.

• Assist with product displays and basic day-to-day store activities.

• Coordinate with the management on new product launches, offers and marketing campaigns.

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Excellent confidence in front of the camera.

• Strong Telugu communication skills.

• Conversational English communication skills.

• Good understanding of Instagram Reels and social media trends.

• Ability to shoot good-quality videos using a smartphone.

• Basic knowledge of video editing.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Interest in content creation, sales and digital marketing.

• Creative thinking and ability to generate new content ideas.

• Responsible, energetic and willing to learn.

Hindi communication skills will be an added advantage.

SALARY & INCENTIVES

Fixed Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹25,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

Additional Sales Incentives will be provided based on performance.

SELECTION PROCESS

Shortlisted candidates may be asked to complete a simple practical assessment:

1. Create a short product demonstration/Reel using one of our products.

2. Demonstrate how they would explain and sell the product to a customer.
