Position Overview:
The Senior Executive - Marketing and Communications - will be responsible for developing and
executing strategic marketing and communication initiatives to enhance brand visibility, drive patient
acquisition, and support business growth in the home healthcare sector. This role requires a blend of
creative, analytical, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Planning & Execution:
o Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for all businesses of
Critical Care Unified (CCU).
o Identify target audiences and tailor communication plans to meet their needs.
o Collaborate with senior management to align marketing objectives with business goals.
• Content Creation & Management:
o Create compelling content for various platforms, including websites, social media,
brochures, and newsletters.
o Ensure all content is consistent with brand messaging and healthcare regulations.
o Manage the content calendar to ensure timely delivery of materials.
• Digital Marketing & Social Media:
o Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
o Manage social media accounts, creating engaging posts and responding to inquiries.
o Analyse digital campaign performance and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Public Relations & Media Relations:
o Build and maintain relationships with media outlets and journalists.
o Draft press releases and coordinate media coverage for events and announcements.
o Monitor media coverage and address any issues or concerns.
• Event Planning & Coordination:
o Organize and manage events such as health camps, workshops, and patient education
sessions.
o Coordinate logistics, guest lists, and promotional materials for events.
o Evaluate event success and gather feedback for future improvements.
• Market Research & Analysis:
o Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in healthcare industry.
o Analyse competitor strategies and adjust marketing plans accordingly.
o Prepare reports on marketing performance and present findings to management.
