Role Objective

To create high-quality, engaging content that strengthens brand visibility, improves online presence, and drives customer engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

1. Content Creation

• Write, edit, and proofread blogs, articles, social media posts, website content, and email newsletters.

• Develop creative content for marketing campaigns, product branding, and promotional activities.

• Create SEO-optimized content for website landing pages.

2. Social Media & Digital Marketing

• Manage content calendar for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter).

• Develop engaging reels, posts, and graphics (with design team).

• Track social media insights to improve engagement and reach.

3. SEO & Analytics

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.

• Optimize content for SEO to increase website traffic.

• Monitor KPIs using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other tools.

4. Branding & Communication

• Ensure brand consistency across all content formats.

• Assist in creating brochures, case studies, presentations, and marketing collateral.

5. Campaign Support

• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and design teams to execute digital campaigns.

• Support lead-generation initiatives through targeted content strategies.

Skills Required

• Excellent written & verbal communication skills.

• Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing trends, and content marketing strategy.

• Basic understanding of Canva, Photoshop, or any design tool (added advantage).

• Ability to work on multiple projects under deadlines.

• Creative thinking with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, or related field.

• Certifications in Content Writing, SEO, Digital Marketing preferred.
