THE ROLE
We’re a finance education company running multiple social media brands across platforms. pushing out 30+ content pieces every week. We need a creative, design-savvy person to own the visual content side and make sure everything looks fire and goes live on time.
This is NOT your typical “social media manager” gig where you reply to DMs and post motivational quotes. You’ll be designing carousels, crafting branded quote images, coordinating with our video editor, and scheduling content across all platforms. Think of it as the creative engine room of the operation.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Design & Create (60%)
Design carousels and quote images weekly from approved briefs. Build and maintain brand templates. Spot trending formats and bring ideas.
Schedule & Publish (30%)
Schedule all content across our channels. Follow the weekly posting calendar. Coordinate with the video editor on reel deliveries.
Track & Report (10%)
Simple weekly report: what worked, what didn’t, what to boost via ads.
Suggest & Ideate (Ongoing)
Always scanning IG for what’s working. New formats, trending styles, viral hooks. Bring them to Monday planning.
YOU’RE PERFECT IF YOU HAVE
→ Strong design sense. you look at two carousels and instantly know which one’s better, and why
→ Creative eye. you scroll IG daily and actually notice what’s working and what’s not
→ Fast learner. we use AI tools heavily. We’ll teach you, but you need to be the kind who picks up a new tool in a day, not a week
→ Canva proficiency. not basic template stuff, you can make things look genuinely good
→ Good written English. captions, text overlays, error-free content
→ Organized. weekly deliverables means deadlines are sacred
