Manage the daily operations of the shop efficiently.
Maintain stock levels by monitoring inventory, receiving deliveries, and arranging products on shelves.
Conduct regular stock checks and ensure inventory records are accurate.
Supervise, schedule, and manage shop staff to ensure productivity and discipline.
Train new employees and monitor staff performance.
Ensure excellent customer service and promptly resolve customer concerns.
Maintain the cleanliness, safety, and presentation of the shop.
Handle billing, cash collection, and daily cash transactions.
Tally cash at the end of each shift/day and prepare daily sales reports.
Coordinate with suppliers for stock replenishment and purchase requirements.
Minimize stock loss through proper inventory control and monitoring.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Good communication and customer service abilities.
Knowledge of inventory and stock management.
Basic accounting and cash-handling skills.
Ability to work under pressure and solve problems effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office or POS software is an advantage.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or bachelor's degree (preferred).
Previous experience as a Shop Manager, Store Manager, or in retail operations is preferred.
