Operation Associate

Guest handling: Welcome customers, answer questions, guide them to screens/seats, and resolve basic complaints.

Ticketing & entry: Check tickets/QR codes and help manage entry and crowd flow.

Food & beverage: Depending on the assigned department, assist with the cinema food counter, orders, billing, and delivery to customers.

Screen operations: Check that the auditorium is clean and ready before shows; report technical or facility issues to the relevant team.

Housekeeping coordination: Ensure common areas, washrooms, lobby, and auditoriums maintain required cleanliness standards.

Show management: Help with opening/closing procedures, show timings, customer movement, and auditorium checks.

Cash/POS: Some positions may involve billing, POS transactions, cash handling, and daily reconciliation.

Team coordination: Work with supervisors, security, housekeeping, F&B, ticketing, and other cinema staff.

Customer complaints: Handle routine issues politely and escalate serious matters to the supervisor/manager.

Safety: Follow cinema safety, emergency, fire, and security procedures.

Working conditions

Expect the role to involve standing and walking for significant periods, working in a busy environment, and interacting with many customers. Cinema operations usually require rotational shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
