Lead - CAD and Billing Specialist

Lead - CAD & Billing Responsibilities Deliverables / Responsible for (results) 1. Perform second-level review of contractor RA/final bills received after Project QS Billing Lead validation;. 2. Check compliance to contract terms, BOQ, approved rates, inclusions/exclusions, deductions and approval requirements;. 3. Validate supporting records including measurements, MB abstracts, test certificates, approvals, debit/credit notes and correspondence;. 4. Ensure variation and extra item claims are backed by approved change orders or amendments and proper substantiation;. 5. Coordinate clarifications between Project QS, Contracts and Finance to close discrepancies within agreed timelines;. 6. Maintain SBU billing verification tracker, ageing log and status of bills under review, returned and cleared;. 7. Support timely bill processing by ensuring correct sequencing of notes, checks and approvals;. 8. Flag recurring gaps such as rate mismatch, missing approvals and documentation issues and recommend control fixes. Qualifications Qualifications Essential Graduate / Professional qualification aligned to the role requirements. Desirable/Preferable Relevant postgraduate qualification or functional certification will be preferred.
