Experience:
2–4 years of experience in billing or cashiering within a restaurant, café, or retail outlet.
Skills:
Proficient in POS and billing systems (e.g., Petpooja), accurate cash handling, UPI and card reconciliation, and basic MS Excel. Detail-oriented with strong numerical accuracy.
Operational Efficiency:
Generates accurate bills, manages payment collection, and performs end-of-shift reconciliation and closing reports. Coordinates order flow between service and kitchen.
System Proficiency (POS Integration):
Expert handling of POS billing, KOT linkage, authorized discounts and voids, and daily sales summary generation.
Communication:
Clear spoken English and regional language(s) for courteous guest billing interactions.
Food Safety & Hygiene:
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the billing counter and adjacent service areas.
