Handle cash, credit/debit cards, UPI, and digital payments
Issue receipts, refunds, exchanges, and gift cards
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts
Resolve customer queries and complaints politely
Follow store policies and procedures
Assist with stocking shelves and price labeling when required
