·         Deliver profitable sales growth for the assigned outlets

• Opening and closing the outlet as per the guidelines

  • Assist the manager in opening and closing of the outlet

  • Assist in performing activities as per the checklist

  • Assist the manager to update inventory records in the system

·         Servicing online delivery orders

• Managing the online delivery dashboards

o   Packaging and coordinating with delivery riders

o   Accurate billing as per the SOP

• Receiving products and managing returns

  • Loading and unloading of the products from the van

  • Filing reports and updating inventory in the system

• Display the products in the display units as per merchandising guidelines

• Maintaining safety and hygiene at the outlet

  • To comply with FSSAI norms, all health and safety regulations

  • Cleaning and sanitization of food display units, work surfaces

  • Cleaning and sanitizing the furniture, signage, glass façade and common areas

  • Mopping floors

  • Clearing, cleaning and sanitization of the guest tables

  • Rearranging chairs and setting up the guest seating area

• Guest interactions

o   Greeting and assisting walk-in guest with their orders

o   Providing product recommendations

o   Handling guest queries and complaints

o   Upselling and cross selling

• Packing as per the laid down SOP’s

• Accurate billing as per the laid down SOP’s

• Assist in maintaining the store

• Maintain accurate standard reports and checklist

• Proactively participate in learning and development programs
