Key Responsibilities
Processing Payments: Handle cash, credit cards, debit cards, and mobile wallets, giving correct change and issuing receipts.
Order Management: Take dine-in, takeout, or phone orders and enter them accurately into the Square POS System or similar software.
Cash Drawer Control: Count the cash float at the start of the shift and balance the register at closing.
Customer Service: Greet guests, answer menu questions, and handle basic complaints or requests.
Team Coordination: Communicate with kitchen staff to verify order timing and packaging
