Job Responsibilities

Handle cash, UPI, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
Generate bills and issue invoices to customers.
Maintain the cash counter and ensure accurate cash reconciliation at the end of the day.
Assist customers with billing-related queries and returns/exchanges as per company policy.
Coordinate with the sales team for smooth customer service.
Maintain daily sales and cash reports.
Support store operations when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the billing counter.
