Responsibilities
Transaction Processing:
Scan items, process payments (cash, card, checks), and provide accurate change and receipts.
Customer Service:
Greet customers, answer questions about products and store policies, and resolve complaints or issues in a friendly and efficient manner.
Handling Returns and Exchanges:
Process returns and exchanges of merchandise according to store policy.
Register Management:
Count the money in the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure accuracy.
