Counter Cashiers have the following duties and responsibilities
Greet customers as they enter the store and assist them in finding products if needed
Scan and bag customers’ purchases accurately
Handle cash, credit, or check transactions with customers
Issue change, receipts, or refunds to customers
Having knowledge about foreign currency
Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure accuracy
Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas
Answer customer questions about products, prices, and promotions
Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information
Manage returns and exchanges according to store policy
Qualifications
Work experience as a Counter Cashier or in a similar role will be preferred
Good math’s skills
Strong communication and time management skills
Customer satisfaction-oriented
High school degree

Job Title: Counter Cashier
Work Environment: Retail store. The position may require working during weekends and holidays.
Location: Gole Market, Delhi (Near to R. K. Ashram Metro Station)
