Maintain daily cash book and ensure proper accounting of all transactions
Verify stock dispatch details with warehouse staff before billing
Ensure accurate pricing, discounts, and tax calculations (GST)
Reconcile cash at the end of each shift/day and report discrepancies
Maintain records of credit sales and outstanding payments (if applicable)
Coordinate with sales team, delivery staff, and godown manager
Handle returns, refunds, and adjustments as per company policy
Ensure compliance with company policies and financial controls
