Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and a basic understanding of handling cash and card payments.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions accurately.

Greet customers and respond to their queries in a friendly manner.

Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate.

Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessary.

Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.

Maintain a clean and organized checkout area.

Follow all store procedures regarding coupons, gift cards, or returns.

Report any discrepancies or issues to the supervisor/manager.

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.

Previous experience in a cashier or customer service role is a plus.

Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
