· Cash Handling: Handle cash transactions accurately, counting change, and maintaining the cash register in adherence to established procedures.
· Collaboration with Service Staff: Work closely with the service staff, including servers and captains, to coordinate billing and payment processes seamlessly.
· Record-keeping: Maintain accurate records of daily transactions, reconcile cash registers, and provide reports to the management team as needed.
