Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in the store professionally

• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly

• Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness

• Handle billing, cash, and POS operations

• Manage stock, inventory, and replenishment

• Follow up with customers for repeat business

• Support promotional activities and offers

• Submit daily sales reports to the manager

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Degree

• 0–2 years of sales/retail experience (Freshers can apply)

• Good communication skills (Telugu & basic English)

• Customer-focused and positive attitude

• Ability to work on targets and flexible shifts
