Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in the store professionally
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Demonstrate product features and explain benefits clearly
Maintain attractive product displays and store cleanliness
Handle billing, cash, and POS operations
Manage stock, inventory, and replenishment
Follow up with customers for repeat business
Support promotional activities and offers
Submit daily sales reports to the manager

Requirements

Minimum qualification: Intermediate / Degree
0–2 years of sales/retail experience (Freshers can apply)
Good communication skills (Telugu & basic English)
Customer-focused and positive attitude
Ability to work on targets and flexible shifts
