Job Description

• Position: Cashier

• Location: Modi Hyundai Vasai Workshop (part of Gautam Modi Group)

• Experience Required: 1–4 years

• Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month

• Work Schedule: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM, 6 days a week

• Education: Graduate and above

🛠 Core Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing

  • Receive and process payments for vehicle sales, service repairs, and spare parts.

  • Handle multiple payment modes: cash, checks, credit/debit cards.

  • Issue receipts and maintain accurate transaction records.

• Cash Management

  • Balance cash drawers daily.

  • Ensure accuracy in currency handling and deposits.

  • Prepare daily cash reports for management.

• Customer Service

  • Greet customers at the cashier window in a professional manner.

  • Address billing queries and provide clear explanations of charges.

• Administrative Support

  • Assist service and sales departments with billing-related documentation.

  • Maintain records in accounting software (e.g., Tally).

  • Support internal audits and compliance checks.
