Guest Relation Executive (GRE) / Cashier
Job Role
To handle guest interactions, billing, and card recharge sales while ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all visitors at Black Bunny.
Key Responsibilities
• Welcome guests and explain games, offers, and packages
• Manage billing, cash, card, and UPI transactions accurately
• Issue and recharge game cards
• Promote recharges, combos, and ongoing offers
• Handle guest queries and coordinate with floor staff
• Maintain front desk cleanliness and follow SOPs
Requirements
• Good communication skills
• Basic computer & billing knowledge
• Customer-focused and sales-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
Qualification
12th Pass / Graduate preferred
Experience in retail, hospitality, or game zone is an advantage
