Job Title: Cashier – Warehouse Operations
Department: Accounts / Warehouse
Location: Lucknow (Mati)
Reports To: Warehouse Manager / Accounts Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Cashier / Warehouse Executive with prior experience in warehouse operations and hands-on knowledge of E-Way Bill generation. The candidate will be responsible for billing, cash handling, inventory coordination, and compliance with dispatch documentation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, billing, and daily sales transactions accurately.

• Generate and manage E-Way Bills for dispatch and transportation of goods.

• Maintain proper records of invoices, challans, and dispatch documents.

• Coordinate with warehouse staff for inward and outward movement of goods.

• Monitor stock levels and assist in inventory control and reconciliation.

• Ensure compliance with GST-related documentation and logistics processes.

• Prepare daily cash reports and submit them to management.

• Support warehouse operations including shipment tracking and documentation.

• Maintain organized records for audits and internal checks.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all billing and warehouse-related activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Prior experience as a Cashier with warehouse management exposure is mandatory.

• Proven experience in creating and managing E-Way Bills.

• Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and logistics documentation.

• Familiarity with ERP / billing software and MS Excel.

• Strong numerical accuracy and attention to detail.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple responsibilities.
