Key Responsibilities

1. Handle daily billing operations using Idine Systems.

2. Manage cash, credit/debit card, UPI and other digital payment transactions.

3. Ensure accurate order punching, billing and settlement.

4. Maintain daily cash registers and prepare cash closing reports.

5. Reconcile daily sales, cash collections and digital payment transactions.

6. Coordinate with the Service and Kitchen teams to ensure accurate order processing.

7. Handle customer queries related to billing, payments and invoices professionally.

8. Ensure proper handling of discounts, offers, complimentary bills and refunds as per company policy.

9. Maintain records of daily sales, cash deposits and payment settlements.

10. Ensure that the cash counter and billing area remain clean and organised.

11. Report any billing discrepancies, cash shortages or technical issues to the reporting manager.

12. Follow company policies, SOPs and financial control procedures.
    

Desired Skills & Competencies

• Good knowledge of Idine billing systems and restaurant operations.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and daily sales reporting.

• Strong numerical and cash-handling skills.

• Knowledge of UPI, card payments and digital transactions.

• Good communication and customer-handling skills.

• Honest, responsible and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.

• It is a Full Time క్యాషియర్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
