Salary Budget: ■18,000 – ■20,000

Job Purpose We are looking for a detail-oriented and trustworthy Cashier to manage all transactions accurately and efficiently at our service centres. The successful candidate will be the final point of contact for our customers, ensuring they receive a seamless, polite, and professional billing experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Management: Handle cash, credit/debit card, and UPI transactions accurately using our billing software.

• Invoice Generation: Issue clear receipts, refunds, change, or fabricates invoices against automotive services rendered.

• Cash Reconciliation: Tally the cash drawer at the beginning and end of each shift to ensure zero discrepancies.

• Customer Service: Greet customers warmly during checkout, answer basic inquiries, and guide them to service advisors if they have specific repair questions.

• Record Keeping: Maintain clean and organized digital and physical records of daily transactions, expenses, and invoices.

• Coordination: Work closely with Service Advisors and the workshop team to verify job cards before final billing. Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass) or Graduate (B.Com/BBA preferred but not mandatory).

• Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with retail billing software or MS Excel.

• Mathematics: Strong basic math skills for precise calculation of bills, discounts, and change.

• Communication: Good communication skills in Hindi/Marathi and basic English.
