Job Description: Store Assistant Manager

Position: Store Assistant Manager
Location: Art Lane Kolar
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 10:00 PM (Weekly off as per company policy)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, manage inventory, and support the Store Manager in ensuring smooth business operations. The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, leadership abilities, and experience in inventory management.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the store.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.

• Monitor stock levels and coordinate timely replenishment.

• Receive, inspect, and organize incoming inventory.

• Ensure proper storage and handling of products.

• Supervise store staff and assign daily tasks.

• Maintain store cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards.

• Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

• Prepare daily sales and inventory reports.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for stock management.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in retail, store operations, or inventory management.

• Good knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, POS, inventory software).

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
