Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role of Assistant Manager at Axis Bank located in Bangalore. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the branch manager in the day-to-day operations and Branch Service of the branch, maintaining operational efficiency, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Qualifications:
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Experience in managing teams/independently managing operations
Expertise in financial analysis, financial management, and team management
Good Knowledge of banking products and services
Handling the cash and day to day operations along with cross selling of Retail Liabilities product
Excellent customer service skills & operations
Good communication and presentation skills
Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
Acts as an interface between the bank and the client and is actively involved in Customer service
Attend Internal/External Audit and ensure all audit related deliverables are met
Acquiring business with existing & new client.
