Key Responsibilities
Read and understand modular furniture drawings, measurements, and cutting details.
Assemble and install modular kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, TV units, and other modular furniture.
Perform accurate cutting, drilling, fitting, and installation of panels.
Work with plywood, MDF, HDF, pre-laminated boards, laminates, and other furniture materials.
Install hinges, channels, handles, locks, lift-up systems, and other hardware.
Ensure proper alignment, leveling, gaps, and finishing of all modules.
Carry out on-site installation and rectification work as required.
Identify and report material or fitting issues to the supervisor/project manager.
Maintain good workmanship and follow quality standards.
Handle tools, materials, and company property responsibly.
Coordinate with the site supervisor, project manager, and other team members to complete projects on time.
Follow safety and housekeeping standards at the workplace and project sites.
Requirements
2–5 years of experience in modular furniture/carpentry preferred.
Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, and cabinet installation will be an advantage.
Ability to read basic furniture drawings and measurements.
Good knowledge of carpentry tools and modular hardware.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Ability to work as part of a team and complete work within timelines.
