Key Responsibilities

• Read and understand modular furniture drawings, measurements, and cutting details.

• Assemble and install modular kitchens, wardrobes, cabinets, TV units, and other modular furniture.

• Perform accurate cutting, drilling, fitting, and installation of panels.

• Work with plywood, MDF, HDF, pre-laminated boards, laminates, and other furniture materials.

• Install hinges, channels, handles, locks, lift-up systems, and other hardware.

• Ensure proper alignment, leveling, gaps, and finishing of all modules.

• Carry out on-site installation and rectification work as required.

• Identify and report material or fitting issues to the supervisor/project manager.

• Maintain good workmanship and follow quality standards.

• Handle tools, materials, and company property responsibly.

• Coordinate with the site supervisor, project manager, and other team members to complete projects on time.

• Follow safety and housekeeping standards at the workplace and project sites.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in modular furniture/carpentry preferred.

• Experience in modular kitchen, wardrobe, and cabinet installation will be an advantage.

• Ability to read basic furniture drawings and measurements.

• Good knowledge of carpentry tools and modular hardware.

• Willingness to travel to project sites when required.

• Ability to work as part of a team and complete work within timelines.
