Inspect incoming raw materials (wood, metal, fabric, hardware) for quality and defects
Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications
Conduct in-line and final inspections of furniture products
Check dimensions, finishing, polish, upholstery, assembly, and packaging quality
Identify defects and deviations; prepare inspection reports
Coordinate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and customer requirements
Maintain QC documentation, reports, and records
Recommend improvements in processes to enhance product quality
Conduct random audits and pre-dispatch inspections
