Job Purpose:

To train and guide individuals aspiring to become carpenters by providing practical skills, product knowledge, and technical training, ensuring the development of skilled professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct approximately 10 training batches per month covering around 200 carpenters within the assigned region.

• Provide practical training related to product usage, application, and installation techniques.

• Undertake regular site visits to provide on-ground support and technical guidance.

• Address and resolve carpenter queries, concerns, and complaints in a timely manner.

• Coordinate with internal teams and ensure smooth execution of training activities.

• Maintain proper training records and activity reports.

Candidate Requirements:

• Graduate or ITI in Furniture or related field.

• Good communication and presentation skills.

• Comfortable with field work and travelling within the assigned region.

• Candidates from Furniture, Interior, Woodwork, Modular Furniture, Paints, or related industries will be preferred.
