Kerian Salon is seeking a talented and customer-focused Unisex Hairdresser to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience in providing professional hair services for both male and female clients while ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maintaining high standards of hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform haircuts, hairstyling, blow-drying, and hair finishing for men and women.

- Provide hair coloring, highlights, balayage, smoothening, keratin, rebonding, hair spa, and other hair treatments.

- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable hairstyles and hair care solutions.

- Maintain cleanliness and sterilization of tools, equipment, and workstations.

- Keep up to date with the latest hair trends, techniques, and products.

- Deliver excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships.

- Follow salon policies, hygiene standards, and safety procedures.

Requirements

- Minimum 5 + years of experience as a Unisex Hairdresser (preferred).

- Proficiency in men's and women's haircutting, styling, and hair treatments.

- Good communication and customer service skills.

- Positive attitude, professionalism, and a team-oriented approach.

- Willingness to learn and upgrade skills.
