We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Salon Manager to manage daily operations, lead the team, and drive salon revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily salon operations and team performance.
Achieve sales, membership, package, and service targets.
Ensure excellent guest experience and handle complaints.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, attendance, and productivity.
Maintain billing, inventory, hygiene, and SOP standards.
Drive client retention and follow-up activities.
Prepare daily sales and performance reports.
Requirements:
3+ years of salon management experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.
Good knowledge of salon services and operations.
