We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Salon Manager to oversee daily salon operations, ensure exceptional customer service, manage staff performance, and drive business growth. Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day salon operations efficiently.
Supervise and support hairstylists, nail artists, beauticians, and other salon staff.
Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
Monitor staff attendance, grooming, and performance.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Promote salon services, memberships, and retail products.
Maintain inventory of salon products and supplies.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards are followed.
Prepare staff schedules and manage shift planning.
Train, motivate, and develop team members.
Generate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
2–5 years of experience in salon, spa, retail, or hospitality management.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer-handling abilities.
Knowledge of salon services, products, and industry trends.
Ability to manage sales targets and operational KPIs.
Proficiency in billing, inventory management, and reporting.
