Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the complete salon services vertical (home salon services)
• Recruit, train, and manage female beauty professionals and stylists
• Ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction
• Develop SOPs, grooming standards, and service protocols
• Handle escalations, customer feedback, and service complaints
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and customer support teams
• Monitor daily operations, scheduling, and workforce utilization
• Track performance, productivity, and service ratings
• Ensure hygiene, safety, and compliance standards are followed
• Support new service launches and business expansion
Required Skills & Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of salon services (skin, hair, makeup, nails)
• Excellent team handling and leadership skills
• Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to train and mentor large field teams
• Familiarity with app-based / platform-driven service models preferred
Eligibility & Experience:
• Graduate or Diploma in Beauty / Cosmetology is must
• 5–8 years of experience in salon operations or home salon services
• Experience in similar platforms will be an advantage

FOR MALE SALON MANAGER:-
1. CORE PROFILE (Non-Negotiables)
The Male Salon Head must have:
5–8+ years experience in:
Men’s salon operations OR
Grooming chains / premium barbershops OR
Managing multiple stylists / branches
Strong technical understanding of:
Men’s haircut styles (classic + modern)
Beard styling & grooming
Hair spa, hair treatment, scalp care
Men’s facial & cleanup services
Experience in team handling
Managed 10–30+ stylists directly or indirectly
Comfortable with discipline, grooming standards, and SOPs
Local market understanding – Lucknow
Area demand (Gomti Nagar, Alambagh, Indira Nagar, Aliganj, etc.)
Pricing sensitivity of male customers
Peak demand patterns (weekends, wedding season)
End-to-end responsibility for male salon services in Lucknow
Daily allocation of stylists for home services
Ensuring on-time arrival & zero cancellations
Managing peak demand days without service failure
Note: This is an operations head, not just a stylist trainer.
