About the Role

Vyom Makeovers is looking for a responsible, skilled and presentable female Salon Manager cum Worker to manage day-to-day salon operations while actively providing beauty and salon services to clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily operations and overall functioning of the salon.
• Welcome clients, understand their requirements and provide professional consultation.
• Perform salon services such as facials, clean-ups, waxing, threading, manicure, pedicure, hair care and other beauty services according to skill level.
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness and sanitation.
• Handle client appointments, billing and basic customer records.
• Manage salon products, inventory and ensure timely replenishment.
• Maintain good relationships with regular clients and encourage repeat visits.
• Handle opening/closing responsibilities and ensure the salon is properly maintained.
• Guide and coordinate with other salon staff when required.
• Ensure clients receive a professional, comfortable and pleasant experience.
• Contribute towards achieving salon sales and service targets.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a beauty salon/parlour preferred.
• Good knowledge of beauty and salon services.
• Managerial/leadership skills and ability to handle salon operations independently.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Well-groomed, polite, responsible and punctual.
• Ability to work independently and take initiative.
• Candidates with 2+ years of relevant experience will be preferred.
