Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month
Working Days: 6 days a week

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced, presentable and confident female Salon Manager to manage the day-to-day operations of our Unisex Salon.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily salon operations and ensure smooth functioning.

• Handle customers professionally and provide excellent customer service.

• Manage salon staff, attendance, schedules and daily responsibilities.

• Coordinate appointments and ensure proper customer follow-up.

• Handle billing, cash management and basic sales reporting.

• Maintain salon cleanliness, hygiene and professional standards.

• Help achieve monthly sales and customer retention targets.

• Handle customer queries and resolve complaints professionally.

• Promote salon services, packages and offers to customers.

• Ensure a welcoming and positive environment for clients and staff.

Candidate Requirements

• Female candidate preferred.

• Previous experience as a Salon Manager / Salon Supervisor / Senior Salon Executive is required.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Pleasant, confident and well-presented personality.

• Good customer-handling and team-management skills.

• Should be responsible, punctual and professional.

• Local candidate from Chandapura or nearby areas preferred.

• Candidates who can join immediately will be preferred.

Salary & Benefits

• ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month, depending on experience and skills.

• 6 days working + 1 weekly off.
