Makeup Artist

Voilabiz is a fast-growing E-commerce company building high-impact visual assets for brands. We create compelling product shoots, campaigns, and digital content at scale. We're looking for a talented Makeup & Styling Artist who can bring aesthetic excellence, creative flair, and seamless execution to our studio environment.

This role demands a hands-on creative professional who can manage makeup, hairstyles, wardrobe, and overall model presentation — while also supporting studio readiness and shoot execution.

Makeup & Styling

• Execute high-quality makeup looks across beauty, fashion, lifestyle, and product shoots.

• Create hairstyles that complement the theme, wardrobe, and visual direction.

• Maintain hygiene, sanitization, and product organization for all makeup tools and kits.

Wardrobe & Look Management

• Oversee wardrobe selection, fittings, and outfit coordination.

• Ensure garments are steamed, prepped, and camera-ready.

• Maintain wardrobe inventory, accessories, and styling elements.

On-Set Support

• Coordinate with photographers, directors, and producers for look consistency.

• Studio & Model Coordination

  • Manage studio prep related to grooming/styling requirements.

  • Assist in planning model looks based on creative briefs and brand guidelines.

  • General Management

    • Organize and maintain makeup, styling, and wardrobe supplies.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio demonstrating makeup versatility & styling creativity.

• Understanding of camera-friendly makeup, lighting effects, and video requirements.

• Ability to work in fast-paced studio environments with tight deadlines.

• Professional experience in makeup, styling, or fashion grooming.
