Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and versatile Male Hairdresser to join our salon team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in a wide range of hair services for all clients, regardless of gender or hair type. This role demands creativity, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service while staying updated on the latest trends and techniques in the hair industry. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair cutting, styling, and grooming services for male clients.

• Perform hair treatments such as shampooing, conditioning, head massage, and hair spa.

• Expert in beard trimming, shaving, and beard styling.

• Advise clients on suitable hairstyles and grooming based on face shape and preferences.

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of tools, equipment, and work area.

• Ensure customer satisfaction with high-quality service and professional behavior.

• Stay updated with the latest men’s hairstyling trends and techniques.

• Handle clients politely and build long-term customer relationships.

Experiences:

3–6 years of experience in salon hair dressers.

Salary Criteria:

14k- 17k/- months 

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Male Hair Dresser / Barber

• Knowledge of modern and classic men’s hairstyles

• Skilled in using hair cutting tools (scissors, clippers, trimmers, razors)

• Good communication and customer service skills

• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Hairstyles.

Work Environment:

Full-time, on-site position.

Requires weekend and holiday availability as per business needs.
